Yes. In order to do so, an individual will need to be marked as a user that is assigned to the department(s) that the requisition(s) came from. When creating a purchase order, that user can choose to specify a portion of the item quantity on the open requisition(s), and any outstanding items will remain on those open requisition(s). You will also be able to see other users that have open requisitions to add to the PO. When creating a PO, there will be an expandable table if there are any open requisitions that can be expanded by clicking on "SHOW"
Each requisitioner also has an expandable table. Once expanded, there is a list of all open requisitions and items. Each item can be selected to add to the requisition after making at least one selection. The button "Add selected to purchase order (x)" will highlight in blue and all applicable items will be added to the PO.
