Can a stand-alone contract be sent to the associated supplier?

Yes - a stand-alone contract can be sent to the associated supplier. This allows the supplier to formally review and accept or decline the terms of the contract.

The contract must be created and approved before it can be sent.

How to Send a Contract to a Supplier

  1. Navigate to the contract you wish to send.
  2. In the top-right corner of the contract, click the "Send to Supplier" button.

Once you click the button, the contract's status will change to "Pending Supplier Acceptance"

The supplier will receive an email notification with a link to review the contract, where they can either accept, decline, or terminate the contract.
