Can a user be deleted from the system?

You cannot permanently delete a user from your Tradogram account. Instead, you can deactivate a user, which revokes their access to the system while keeping their historical data intact. A deactivated user can also be reactivated if needed.

How to Deactivate a User

  1. Navigate to Manage Company from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
  1. Select the Users section to view a list of all users.
  1. Find the user you wish to deactivate and click the green button next to their name.

What Happens When a User Is Deactivated?

  • Access is Removed: The user will immediately lose all access to their Tradogram account.
  • A Seat Is Freed Up: Deactivating a user frees up a user seat in your account, allowing you to add a new user without exceeding your license limit.
  • Historical Data Remains: All of the user's previous activity and data within the system will be preserved and accessible for historical records.

How to Reactivate a User

A deactivated user can be reactivated at any time. Simply find the user on the Users list and click the button next to their name.

Important: When a user is reactivated, you will need to reassign their:

  • Role
  • Branch and Department access
  • Permissions
