Can different fillable form templates be established for each department?

No, the system does not inherently support setting up separate fillable form templates specifically for each department. Fillable forms are managed at the branch level, meaning each branch has a single, shared list of forms.

Organizing Forms by Department

While you can't create forms by department, you can use a structured naming convention to organize the list. Since fillable forms are displayed alphabetically, you can prepend the department name to the form title (e.g., "HR - Employee Onboarding Form," "IT - Software Request") to group them visually for users.
