Any user that has the permission to “View system reports” (found under the “Reports” section of the user permission control panel) can retrieve information from the system by using the prebuilt system reports.

There is also a visibility setting so that users can either see reports relevant to departments and branches they have access to. There is also an option to view company wide reports.
