How Can I switch branches or companies in Tradogram

To switch branches or companies within Tradogram is a very simple process.

  1. To create a new company within Tradogram, you will have to reach out to our customer success team to allow the option to add a new company.

*Please note: Each company within Tradogram is its own instance. If you have the same user in multiple companies, it will count towards your user licence. Please discuss with Customer Success to ensure you require additional companies rather than different branches.

  1. Once the option is available to add a new company in Tradogram. Go to the "Manage Company" section of Tradogram and click on "Company Profile"

Once there, you will see an "Add New Company" button at the top right of the screen.

  1. You can also add multiple branches using the "Branches" tab in the image above.
  2. Once new companies/en added to Tradogram, users will need access to these companies and branches. Users can be granted access by clicking on the "Users" tab in the above image. Once there, users will have an action button that if hovered over will say "Edit Access" (It looks like a hierarchy or organizational chart.)
  1. Once a user has access to multiple branches, they will see the same icon at the top of their screen in the "main menu" section that will allow them to switch branches. Companies will be designated by bold font and branches will designated with bullet points nested underneath the company heading.

*Please note that if you are viewing transactions in a different branch, you may not see action buttons but will see a button called "switch" that will allow you to switch to the correct operating branch so that you can action a transaction.
