Supplier self-onboarding allows suppliers to register and provide necessary details without requiring manual setup by buyers. This feature streamlines procurement by reducing administrative work and ensuring suppliers can quickly start transacting on the platform.
Navigate to your suppliers database.
On the supplier database page, select the More Actions option, followed by “Self Onboarding”
This will generate a popup for you to directly send an email to a supplier for self-onboarding. You will be able to send this email to up to 50 different emails. For each recipient, they will receive a personalized link to create/update their profile.
You also have the option to edit the subject and the content of the email before sending it.
Navigate to manage company.
On the left sidebar, select Company Profile
Once you are in the Company Profile, scroll down to see “Supplier Onboarding Public URL” and change the drop-down to “Enable Public Url”. This will provide you with a link. This link leads to a form that potential suppliers can fill out and have their information automatically added to your supplier database.
Once you have enabled the setting, scroll down and click “Save Company”
Please Note: When suppliers are added, they are initially inactive. The admin will be notified and need to review before activating them in your Tradogram Account.
