Additionally, company admins have exclusive access to live chat support for real-time assistance.

We typically respond to all chats within a few minutes during our regular business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST). While we also check and respond to chats periodically outside of these hours, please note that response times may be delayed. Additionally, our office is closed on Canadian federal holidays, so replies on those days may also be limited or delayed. Thank you for your understanding!
