Company admins also have access to our live chat.
Typically, we respond in a few minutes to all chats within normal business hours (9am-5pm EST). We do also respond to chats periodically offline as well. Please understand that responses outside of regular business hours may be delayed. Our office is also closed on all Canadian federal holidays so responses will be limited and delayed on those days as well.
