What Kind of Alerts Will I Receive
Whether you are the creator of a transaction or an approver, there are various alerts that one will receive when using Tradogram.
As a requisitioner, you will see the following alerts appear:
When your transaction is approved, the requisition gets converted into another form of transaction (example: PO), or when a delivery is added you will see the alerts that are shown above. All alerts have a hyper-link that will take you to the relevant transaction.
As a manager (branch, department), you will see the following alert if a transaction is created in that branch or department:
As an approver, you will see the following alerts when a transaction is pending your approval:
