What type of requisition statuses exist?

Here is a list of the requisitions statuses that exist in Tradogram:

  • Open - This is the default status for any requisition that gets created without an approval workflow set up in Tradogram. If there is an approval workflow in place, once the requisition gets approved, it will also go back to "Open" status.
  • Pending Approval - When a requisition triggers one of the criteria set up in "Approvals" the requisition will change to "Pending Approval"
  • Fulfilled - When the requisition gets fulfilled from inventory or gets converted into another type of transaction (Example: Purchase Order), it will show as a fulfilled status.
  • Draft - A requisition can also be saved as a draft rather than "Sending" the requisition. If the action button is click on "Save as draft"
  • Closed - Once a requisition is created, there is an option to "close requisition" at any point during the transaction.
  • Cancelled - Once a requisition is created, there is an option to "cancel requisition" at any point during the transaction.
  • Rejected - If a requisition has an approval rule on it and gets rejected, the rejected status will show on the requisition.
