I signed up for the Free Basic package. Can I use all the features?
Almost, you can only access the features listed under the Free Basic account above. You are limited to a single user account, and you can only create 10 transactions per month. Integrations are also not included in the free basic package. The Premium account is well worth the price!
Is there a time limit on the basic package?
No, there is no time limit. Your account will never expire. Unless you use a non-business email when you register, please always use your business email and a real business name.
I need to remove a user. Will I continue to be charged for that user?
No, you are only charged for active users. You can add and remove as many users as you want at anytime.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all internationally recognized credit cards and bank wire transfers. However, we do not require credit card information to create a free basic account.
How does Tradogram protect my credit card information?
I am on the Premium monthly plan. Will I be charged each month automatically, or do I have to make the payments manually?
You will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis but you can decide to cancel at any time. The same thing also applies to annual plans, only if you decide to enable the automatic recurring option.
Can I switch from a monthly package to an annual package?
Yes, you can decide to switch from a monthly package to an annual package at any time – the savings are significant. You can do that yourself from the “Account & Billing” section under your company settings.
Do you charge any setup fees when I create an account?
No, we do not charge any setup fees and there are no hidden fees. Implementation and training sessions are offered separately. However, your subscription does include full access to our knowledge base, which includes tutorial videos, searchable FAQs, user guides, and a glossary.
