1. During the transaction creation process, add the external item(s) to the order.
2. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a checkbox labeled “Add the external items to the database”.
3. Check this box to enable the option.
4. Select the external items you want to add to the database.
5. Assign the selected items to a category, if desired.

Only the external items you select during this process will be added to the database. The checkbox option will only appear if at least one external item has been added to the transaction.
