How can items be shared between multiple branches?
Items can only be shared with multiple branches if they’re grouped into an item category. Users who have permission to “Add/edit/remove item categories” (found under the “Items” permission section) can share an item category between branches. To do so:
- Select “Categories” from the left toolbar
- Click on the “Edit” option for an active item category
- Check off the “Make this item category available to all branches” option
- Click “Save Item Category”
Once this process has been completed you will now see the following notation near your item categories to show that it is available to all branches:
